Your Commitment to Purchase:
Payment is requested at the time of purchase, payment can be via debit/credit cards which are processed via a secure third party payment processing Company or via Paypal. Your card details are not available to us and we do not store any of the information.
All our products are hand made and hand poured and made in relatively small batches. We describe them as accurately as we can but as they are hand made there may be slight colour variations or blemishes in each batch, products may not be exactly the same.
Our Commitment to you:
We currently only post to UK addresses and we use Royal Mail 2nd class as standard, this can be upgraded to 1st class or courier at the checkout. Our current despatch times are between 3-5 working days. Royal Mail are having some delays during the Covid-19 Pandemic but please be assured that all parcels are despatched unless you hear from us. We use click and drop so will have a confirmation of booking number for every order.
Cancellations or changes to orders:
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible, as long as your item has not already been despatched we will either amend or cancel your order for a refund.
Postal Delays / Damages:
Once we hand parcels over to Royal Mail we are unable to control the delivery times. During this Covid-19 Pandemic crisis please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive. If it does not arrive please contact us and we will file an investigation with Royal Mail and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent. We do take our time to package all orders carefully to help protect your products in their journey through the postal system to you but due to their delicate nature there may be slight damage/cracks and we apologise in advance if this does happen, please be assured it will not affect the use of the product. If your product is badly damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt together with photos of the damaged item and also the packaging. Please Note: It is important to contact us within 48 hours of receipt as unfortunately after this time we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
If you wish to return your item please contact us for information on how to return. Any returned items MUST be in original condition and packaging and must also be unused. Please note: unfortunately Waxidents, sale items and bespoke/special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them back to our premises, it is recommended that a tracked delivery service is used
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update and make alterations to any of these terms and conditions at any time to ensure we keep updated with current policy and legislation.
